Amazing people, great leadership team and highly diverse
Pros
Best group of people I have ever worked for in over 25 years of working experience. Leadership is fantastic at communicating their visions and executing the initiatives to achieve that vision. CPI offers great auxiliary perks outside of ones typical compensation through awards and team building projects. CPI's diversity is a tremendous strength
Cons
Management is very aggressive in going after business, which translates into, aggressive delivery dates, long hours and little notice for OT. This has been very beneficial in increased revenue over the last few years. However, the workforce and infrastructure capacity were obvious hinderances in the maintaining the pace of growth. As CPI's diversity is one of it's greatest strengths, I do believe they are doing enough to maximize its value. Need more initiatives to help all on the integration process across multicultural lines. Simple example would be to ensure we are providing training portals that can be toggled by language. At the time of my departure, I know HR and Management, were working towards this.
