      Pros

      A great bunch of people all in the same boat trying to make something of a company with no clear management direction and no experience in the market they where trying to break in the UK

      Cons

      complete lack of any leadership, Top management had no people skills and bullied staff on a regular basis - i had a chucked at my head one by the UK Ops manager. Was forever trying to protect my team from it which stopped me doing my Job. Its no wonder they had to close the petersfield site due to it losing money. All in All a year of my life i am happy to right off and forget ever happened.
