Apathetic and Ineffective Middle and Upper Management

Remote work and decent salary.

Cons

Lack of communication between teams/departments. Middle management is an obstacle to getting projects done or streamlining processes.

CPI has established multiple channels for addressing concerns including your direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous hotline system which is posted in a variety of locations around the plant and on the CPI payroll homepage. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern. We strive to provide an environment where associates feel they’re valued, treated fairly and respected.
