Pay, insurnace, railroad retirement if ya last that long!! Great people to work with !! Gather knowledge from experienced and hard working members that deserve better!!
Cons
Management are micro managing fiends cant even voice your opinion or ya get fired. Another is efficient tests always looking for a way too fire you unless your in a favoritism group which there is alot of them watch out!! Company is all about themself wont give MOW a fair contract and keeps us divided someway somehow like this if the younger guys dont vote it through older guys wont get their backpay and if it does we are stuck with it for years until another 5 years of tryin to get what we want!! Also company brags about what they make and how much but wont give nothing to the little guys down below making sure their stuff runs right!!
