      The program manager displayed a blatant disregard for employee well-being, fostering a toxic work culture. Their bullying tactics created an environment of fear and insecurity, hindering productivity and morale. The lack of support and empathy from leadership made it an unbearable experience for the entire team.

      CP is the new version of a sweat shop only take a job here if you can't get a job at MacDonalds

      , good benefits, and if you can get with the right team members you can have challenging and educational work

      Cons

      No life balance. CP will steal from you, vacations and stats. Managers will approve and then the day before cancel it and force you to work it. Then they will say you should have used it. CP is making profit on the backs of their staff. Violence workplace. The only thing Management will not do to you is hit you, but everything else yelling, insulting, public embarrassment, lies etc. HR does not mean Human Resources, it means Human Remains.
