      Not the place to work if you can't handle being treated poorly.

      Very good salary and benefits

      Cons

      No schedule, on call 24/7, no family life balance. Can never plan any events. Management uses bully tactics and are given their job performance and bonuses on failing employees at work tasks. If you are sick you get statements and suspension without pay from work. I was a former manager with this company for 6 years and could no longer treat the union employees with such disregard.

      a) Great company b) Fantastic learning opportunities in IT c) Excellent bonus

      Cons

      a) No training or upskilling provided by company towards IT b) Spend your own money to upskill yourself in IT c) Management treats and sees you as a garbage d) Its all about money - honey; replace humans with machine to save and return $$$$ to investors e) Useless/rubbish managers and senior management f) One manager would only speak like a parrot - the company does not owe you anything other than a fair day's wage at a fair day's pay. Too poor and setting low morale among employees g) Culture of fear and intimidation.
