Uneducated and uncivilized management. There have been many cases of favouritism, racism, sexism, discrimination, and bullying from managers that I witnessed. You definitely know your just a number, which if you don't realize it right away, you will after you're laid off five times in 3 years. Toxic work environment Safety is to comply. It is not a priority. You'll see when the 101, or 100 trains are delayed Unfair and unjust discipline
