-The company gives good salary and benefits -Good for initially starting your career but only for short term

Cons

-No work life balance -High turn over rate for staff -Management lacks leadership skills -Most of the staff I spoke with so far hasn’t been with the company for too long and are mostly looking for ways to leave the company and for other opportunities to grow. -A lot of mental stress and not a great place to work overall hence why they are extremely short on staff and why employees are continuously leaving the company -Since so many employees are leaving due to the toxic environment and management style work load is very heavy and there’s no work life balance. -And company is not very flexible with employees in terms of working hours or with WFH
