Both managerial and operational training are woefully inadequate, leading to chaos and frustration. It's clear that the company is run by liars who prioritize personal agendas over the success and happiness of their workforce. Avoid this employer at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like disposable pawns in a game of corporate manipulation.
