Reliable pay process. Fair benefits. Defined Pension Plan, new employees have to option for Defined Contribution. Safety oriented workplace.

Cons

One of the great companies of Canada now being run by Americans. Intimidation, high expectations that cannot be meet, possible loss of employment and or pay for several minor infractions. Loss of employment for serious mistakes. High stress and constant interference by management to get results that are not capable of being produced. Verbal abuse and arrogance from top officials.
