Good Pay Good Health Benefits Convenient downtown location( for now) depending on your department lots of knowledgeable people

Cons

alot of times you find yourself in a sink or swim situation , Too much favoritism some mid level management are extremely NARCISSISTIC!! atimes some people have no idea what they are doing but get promoted based on how high sounding their words are rather than by skill or talent Lots of GOOD people where laid off or retired early during the recent reorganization and the bad apples kept thier jobs

Horrible IT leadership specially post merger. Leaders constantly lie to employees and manipulate them for their own benefit. No respect for people who work hard year after year and actually get the job done.
