Pros

Few days during the month where the workload is not as heavy. Relatively good pay.

Cons

Fully in office, and the office is really out of the way. Bit of micromanagement, I do not feel like some of the Managers have enough trust in its employees. Heavy workloads during quarter-end and month-end. It is just non-stop busy. You feel like you just completed your monthly task, then you have to start preparing for the next... The culture and social events are very lacking here.
