      Trains. Tracks. History. Can't think of anything else positive to say about this company.

      Working under Hunter Harrison was a nightmare. Terrible senior management, no respect for anyone. An culture of fear and layoffs. Run by the highest paid CEO in Canadian history from a horse ranch in Florida. A horrible new corporate headquarters where management is segregated. Really ugly stuff.

      Easily the worst employer in Calgary for IT Professionals!!

      Pros

      Nothing really good here. The only thing if any is the pay, but this is more than compensated by treating employees like dirt, slaves...This was not the case couple of years back, but change in management especially IT senior management has caused this.

      Cons

      No respect for any employee, zero motivation, over burdened work, targeting employees not liked by management and make sure that they perform badly by over burdening with work and then firing them, no sense of planning in any of the IT Managers, 10-15 hours per day of work is a norm and even then always work with a fear of getting fired, worst management attitude, full of politics
