Pros

Extremely easy to move up, since everyone is now quitting, or being downsized.

Cons

Being salary, and being forced to work 72 to 84 hours a week, 12 hour shifts. I've never regretted taking a promotion until Wall St. took the CP over. Half way to a RR pension and debating leaving the industry for good. If you are single and have no commitments to anything else in life, this is a great place for you. Need a divorce and time away from your family? Please apply.

Cons

- Poor IT systems - Poor data integrity making it difficult to do your job - "Blame the other person" kind of culture internally - Many departments are disorganized and/or poorly managed to fit and work with other departments - Low accountability - Many people have poor Microsoft Office skills - Weak processes and procedures (gaps and wholes in policy and procedure) leads to ambiguity among employees - Poor employee training/ on boarding - Less than mediocre company communication and planning

Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

A human resources nightmare. Been trying to push me out the door since day one. Every little infraction of any rule can be punished to the fullest extent. They have rules to cover rules, if something happens it's your fault and you get suspended.
