      Terrible family life and bad management.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the amount of work. Also there is a lot of dead time and waiting around because its very unorganized.

      Cons

      not knowing when your going to work and bosses take advantage of you. Getting time off for even a day is hard. you have to explain why you called in sick even if you hadn't booked a sick day for a year.

      Pros

      Good Pay Good Health Benefits Convenient downtown location( for now) depending on your department lots of knowledgeable people

      Cons

      alot of times you find yourself in a sink or swim situation , Too much favoritism some mid level management are extremely NARCISSISTIC!! atimes some people have no idea what they are doing but get promoted based on how high sounding their words are rather than by skill or talent Lots of GOOD people where laid off or retired early during the recent reorganization and the bad apples kept thier jobs

      Pros

      Could be a good place to work but really needs a good house cleaning. It does manage to make money.

      Cons

      You have no life outside of the place. If you have any business ethic or integrity you will have a very hard time at this company. The culture is blame shift and blame shift some more. The corporate office is full of lazy liars. When I interviewed I was the only person in a tie and one of a few people that ironed their clothes. I had a bad feeling about the company but really wanted to live in Kansas City. The entire operation is unprofessional and I think the goal is to make as many people miserable as possible.
