Pros
Pay that's about it. Really nothing much else to talk about.
Cons
The management has no clue on how to run a railroad. They use terroristic threats to keep you working 24-7-365. They give no personal time off, if you try to call in sick more then twice in a month they threaten you with your job. It's a union shop and they don't abide by the contract they violate are work rules all the time. They continually try to short your pay to save a buck.
