      Stable company, good benefits. Long term employment and job security.

      Cons

      Boomer management mentality which leads to rules that don't make much sense in today's work environment. Company apps are old and inefficient, technology is behind the times. Promotions are based on who is perceived to work the hardest not by who is actually efficient and smart.
