      End to end railroad. Growth opportunities are here!

      Cons

      New management team is some of the most rude and arrogant people. Totally disrespectful to employees with their "creative tension" which is nothing more than harassment! Total disregard for regulation and work rules. Master - Slave mentality. Go to another real class 1 railroad. CP management is not even qualified to operate a short line let alone a Class 1.
