Pros

Base Salary is higher than most Merchant Services Operations. Technology is good as well-Sales Force, wireless headsets....... They spend money to generate leads: Direct Mailers, rob-calls.

Cons

Office space is a disaster. Management is inept. They allow smoking in the office. Basically this is a cleaned up boiler room operation.
