      u end up working for free most of the time

      Pros

      training students and team drivers seem to be the only people to make any money there. its all about the students there.

      Cons

      its very difficult for solo drivers to make a living at cr england. the students have 90 training and then they train other students, it seems to me they should have to have driving experience through out the year then do training. too many accidents and rollovers.

      This is a training company. They will accept almost anyone and you will have the opportunity to get the industry experiancd that you need to find better pay and treatment.

      Cons

      They exploit their employees lack of experience. The pay is about half the industry average and home time is non-existent.

      very misleading recruiting and lease policies

      Pros

      lots of miles, good driver managers, decent late model trucks. good company to break in with if you have no experience

      Cons

      actual pay for lease is $.76 per mile. watch your settlements, lots of "errors". Try to get in your pocket any chance they can get. driver support is a farce
