      Pros

      Competetive pay, flexible working modes and great culture make this a great place to be. Leadership works hard to keep client outcomes and employee experience at the same level.

      Cons

      Regions can still feel a bit siloed from each other, but leadership seems focused on getting regions to work with each other to be successful on bigger projects. Focus on DEI is improving but there's plenty of work to do.

      Pros

      CRB has an excellent group of people that are quick to teach and help younger people grow. The working environment is very relaxed and positive. Excellent benefits and average to good pay.

      Cons

      CRB does not have a good network for young architects in the KC office and the office is rather empty, not feeling like a studio at all. If you want a good architecture studio feeling go somewhere else. CRB Architects also appear disconnected from the greater KC architecture community. Leadership is also somewhat lackluster and they don't really take firm stances on anything. CRB is currently in a time of transition so things are definitely a lot more unusual than they were when I started 3 years ago.
