Pros

5 years ago I would have said, yes come to work here, it has Culture, they take care of their staff, they care...But since last year 600+ people were terminated at no fault but leadership they are going nowhere fast...

Cons

In survival mode, doesn't look good. The new COO is nothing more than a hatchet man with no real skills. Original management is embarrassed to admit what is currently going on right now. It is all smoke and mirrors, putting a lot of eggs in the F&B market with poor leaders

Work life balance is good.

They frequently advocate for diversity on LinkedIn, but please do me a favor and examine their top leadership. It is composed solely of older white men who keep incompetent staff in the company, individuals who have been there for years without contributing anything. Their growth plan is virtually nonexistent, with a fairly flat organizational structure. The CEO made a significant error in hiring the new COO, marking the beginning of the company's decline.
