Generally solid work for engineers. Better if you are a process engineer...others less so. Benefits are consistent with others in the industry.

Cons

Pay is ok but doesn't progress. Generally is less than the average for the industry...unless you are process engineer. Management is not great. Focused on their chosen few, and everyone else is just a worker bee.
