Pros
My coworkers are the biggest pros. There are some really knowledgeable and kind people here. There are also the usual perks of a "big" firm even though this is primarily a big E and little A firm.
Cons
There isn't much design happening here. If you're interested in working on cool and exciting projects, I don't think this is the place for you. All of the work is in the life sciences, manufacturing, and biotech industry. You might get the occasional office or lobby space, but it's largely process and lab spaces.
