Responsive leadership, I feel my concerns are heard and not just ignored Good culture of positivity, if you want to join in you are always welcome but there are not mandated happy hours Great DEI inclusion, LGBT+, Women, Young Professionals, and RED all have their own organizations and a DEI council that works with leadership on improvement.
