Pros

The company is headed in an upward direction. Potential for insane growth in this sector. You can work with very smart engineers. Great mid level to senior level firm to stay in.

Cons

Predominantly an engineering firm. Mostly white men. Can be very 'fratty'. Boot licking is actively encouraged. Pay is generally lower considering the encouraged 5+ hours of unpaid overtime a week. Training is very limited for younger staff. High turnover among VDC staff. Severe mismanagement of employees in the Western Region.
