ONEsolution Engineer role is a great way to be involved in all aspects of project delivery - from project chartering through design/construction and involvement in start up and commissioning. I had previously worked in different parts of this process and it has been exciting to be involved in all/more of them for a single project. CRB has also been a fun company to work for, management listens to concerns and needs, and is flexible to work/life balance needs.

Cons

Rigid raise system. Workload can get intense sometimes.

Pros

The culture of this company is top notch. Very much employee focused with managers who care. They put you in the best situations to succeed, and let you control your career path. There's no micromanaging here, and you're held responsible to complete your work, and rewarded for doing so. It's a progressive company with a diverse workforce with women in leadership. My family comes first, and CRB respects this outlook.

Cons

Workload can very with periods of highs that can really cause you to burn the midnight oil.

I have been at CRB for over 5 years and it is a great place to work. Everyday brings new challenges and opportunities to learn new things. Culture is very important at CRB. There is a bar, snacks galore and many catered meals (pre-covid of course). Positivity, teamwork and work ethic are highly rewarded and there are many opportunities for growth if interested.

No Cons. I like to say "Everyone has to go to work, I consider myself lucky to work at CRB."
