      Pros

      There is a wide variety of work and at times you can get alot of experience in a short period of time. The people are really what sets the company apart. The company is full of very talented and knowledgeable. Each office is very focused on building a positive company culture and creating an enjoyable work environment.

      Cons

      The workload can be unstable. You will have very busy periods followed by times where you may have little to no work.

      Pros

      For the most part, team and group leads are involved in the day to day activities and do a great job keeping everyone informed. Growing company with new office locations popping up around the country and globally. The people are great and help understand individualistic growth both professionally and within the company. Work on very interesting projects in the Life sciences and F&B industries.

      Pros

      Culture is key at CRB. Entrepreneurial spirit evidenced throughout the company that has managed long-term stable organic growth. Strong technical emphasis and ability to deliver projects from inception to completion. I have really enjoyed working for CRB and watching it grow throughout the years.

      Cons

      Resume is out-of-date as I have worked here 20 years and never had a reason to send it out.
