CRB continues to innovate in their approach to facility design for GMP environments responding to the changing needs and demands of the market for flexibility, value and speed.

Cons

As with any current AEC in this sector CRB struggles with personnel retention in a very competitive market.

Some of the leadership is willing to listen and change, the staff makes a great culture (at some locations).

Cons

The company has become too corporate and political. The engineering and construction sides seem to take on more work than they can handle. They continually over work their staff. They have some good people in leadership, some of the people that are high in management are too stubborn and are pushing out good staff members. Seeing many great people leave the company was one of the reasons I did too.
