      Pros

      This is the best company culture I have ever experienced. People and management work together on teams to bring everyone up, not just themselves. The emphasis on teamwork is unparalleled. My passions and goals are key driving factors and my managers and mentors are well aware of them and provide incredible support to help me reach them.

      You have to hit the ground running- training programs for new employees are still being developed

      Pros

      Fun Family Atmosphere/Culture Flexible work environment Variety of work/projects and they try to find you a project that will get you experience that you want to gain There has been more recent effort to show appreciation for working hard/long hours Management is very approachable

      Cons

      Project Assignments can sometimes be based out of other offices/require travel to get the experience that you want to gain. Project experience out of this office really depends on what work our clients require at the time (sometimes not as glamorous) Workload can be overwhelming at times but the great team members make it much more bearable.
