Pros
Good SMEs, marketing does a great job selling even though the engineering work is not that great
Cons
No opportunity to grow unless you have a friend up in management, small bonuses, you have to do way more than your job description, do not work with KC or TX offices, hostile environment, ask for many referrals and do your due diligence because a company this big should give you more than 20 good referrals if they exists, a lot of "fake" people.
