      Pros

      Great work environment and great people and fun projects. Company has down to earth values and strives for excellence in quality of work and strategic growth. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      I'm fortunate to work with great project managers but have seen a few colleagues who work for other project managers who were less keen on communication and mentoring and had a challenging work-life balance because of their manager's individual management style.

      Pros

      The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

      Cons

      It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
