      Pros

      CRB lives, breathes, sleeps their core values; technical excellence, responsibility (EHS/sustainability), entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and fun! I believe their care and focus on the employees translates to the inherent care and focus provided towards our clients.

      Cons

      Projects are technically challenging and clients can be equally demanding creating peaks and valleys when it comes to work load. Benefits meet but do not exceed industry standards.

      Pros

      - The culture is like nothing I have experienced before. They truly care about their employees and clients - this is a top down mentality which is a good indicator it will last. Another impressive thing is the consistent level of respect that is given across the organization and positions. - Very respected in the Life Sciences Industries and have a lot of respected SME's - Strong mentoring and training program - Robust quality program that is effective - Willing to invest in support as well as technical expertise It is a really great place to work
