      Pros

      Tangible opportunities to add value/influence project direction in every position, personal workload is directly managed by the individual with management's primary role being to distribute excess workload.

      Cons

      Top heavy hierarchy. Finding low tier employees who are available to help on projects can be difficult at times.

      Pros

      Good down to earth people that I internally work alongside. Fun projects being won and challenging to be a part of, but worth it all in the end.

      Cons

      Corporate has elements of critical race theory being practiced in the form of diversity, equity and inclusion means through groups and virtual meetings. They’re voluntary meetings, but people are compelling speech from others.

      Work is inconsistent, lot of work and then nothing. People work weekends and nights to get projects done.
