Benefits were great, company rewards, overall good people to work with a great core team leader before he changed teams.

Cons

Old buddy system, either you were one of the club or you were just a worker bee that put in a lot of hours and were left to finish projects by yourself.

Good benefits, good pay, good leadership at their HQ office in KC. Engineering focused and process oriented. If you are an engineer, you will love this place.

Cons

If you are an architect who enjoys design, this is not the place for you. DFW market focuses on project types for mainly cGMP building types. Quality control program cuts into project profits. Architects tend to take on too much liability for certain items such as structural engineering.
