      Pros

      There is no other place with a better culture/atmosphere and the people at CRB. There are multiple opportunities to drive your career in multiple directions. You are able to learn various disciplines, be part of different discipline specific groups throughout the company, join simulation teams, or also be part of the construction phases, which is essential for engineering development. CRB is a great place to develop your skill sets, whether networking with clients/vendors, growing your technical knowledge, or becoming a manager. The opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      If you are not able to manage work load, the work can become stressful. High performers can feel not as well compensated, while low performers typically hang around and fly under the radar.

      Pros

      The people - great group of people working here! The projects - can be challenging, but worthwhile knowing that you are an important step in helping people improve their health and well being. The technology - testing and embracing new methods and new equipment to advance services for our clients. The location - offices all over the world to choose from.

      Cons

      The deadlines for projects and especially overlapping deadlines of projects - sometimes things can get extremely intense. Rarely do you work on just 1 project at a time. Can be difficult to balance life and work here, watch out for your well-being.

      Pros

      What sets CRB apart from other companies is its culture. CRB gives employees the freedom to create their own career path, has an open and supportive learning environment, and encourages employees to make work fun. The family atmosphere was evident from my first day of work and is one of my favorite things about coming to work. Also, it is a casual work environment (dress and otherwise), lots of investment in professional development, and great open office space.

      Cons

      Any type of engineering consulting will have long hours around deadline time and CRB is no exception. But we try to look out for each other and keep the atmosphere light when we can!
