      Pros

      CRB has an open, collaborative office environment which allows employees to thrive, especially ones with an entrepreneurial spirit. They put all employees, no matter the age or experience level, in a position to succeed as well as fully immersing them in the design/construction world. Overall it is a great company who cares about all employees and continues to be a leader in biotech/life sciences design.

      Cons

      Workload can get heavy like any design firm. At times personal mentorship falls by the wayside when the office is busy.

      Very good place to start for recent graduates willing to learn HVAC. People are knowledgeable and mostly friendly The company strives to improve interactions among employers through events and outings.
