      Pros

      Excellent company culture that is at the heart of the organization. Interesting projects where you are constantly learning something new. Projects are high-tech manufacturing focused or life science type solutions. CRB has an entrepreneurial culture and they provide highly motivated individuals with the tools needed to be successful! Privately held employee owned company, must be employed full-time to retain ownership. Work is challenging, but rewards compensate fairly.

      Cons

      If you need someone to tell you what to do, or create a list of items to do next, CRB may not be the place for you. CRB is structured and rewards go getters and people who find a way to get it done.

      Pros

      There is a great vibe here. The senior management is full of folks who "get it" in terms of creating a great work environment and doing the little things that matter. Jerks are not tolerated. There is great flexibility in working locations and interests. The architecture group designs labs for research, teaching, and QC. The work has meaning, enabling the search for cures, teaching the sciences, exploring new frontiers, and keeping the world safe. I've been here for about 1.5 years and I love it.

      Cons

      Not much to say here; very solid firm. The President is a real leader and a genuinely good person.
