Pros

Great office environment, good people, & willingness to grow and be better as a company. Great to have clientele that's making a difference in the health world.

Cons

Professional Development could be better. It's not a main focus unless you beg to go somewhere or do something, or you have to wait your turn (years).

Pros

Interesting work (high tech facility design), flexible hours, lots of opportunities for professional development, lots of collaboration with fellow employees (in home office and other offices across the country), loose and fun work environment (most of the time), lots of responsibility and independence

Cons

Work culture embodies the "work hard, play hard" mantra - long hours (late nights and weekends) frequently needed to meet unreasonable project deadlines. HR and marketing departments seem way too small, and architects and engineers have to a lot of their own recruiting, marketing, etc. Often seems that hourly employees have it easier than salaried employees. Employee burn-out is a recurrent problem.
