Pros
Most people are driven, smart and want to make a change. I had the privilege of find great friends there and I think a lot of people would say the same. Some departments are really making an impact in the work that they do.
Cons
The direction of the company is stock in the cold war and although some groups have been able to find opportunities to solve 21st century problems, there is always someone who wants to pull back. The company is also risk adverse and lack the courage to do things that like position themselves as thought leaders based on what already is their expertise.
