Great work culture, supportive environment with some decent work packages. The organization has been investing heavily in systems and further transformation towards projectizing and enhancing operations under the new leadership. Diverse learning opportunities and opportunity to work with some experienced professionals in several areas and disciplines

Poor work-life balance which driven by continued changes and transformation making it hard sometimes to take a breath
