      What a joke

      None that I can think of other than getting the hell out

      Cons

      I was a Tech/Mechanic and all I can say is worst place I ever worked. The shop was way to small for the equipment we had. Was horribly equipped, didnt even have a working floor jack. Was dirty and cold all the time. The management was dispicable and the equipment was beat to hell. I had two foremans and maintenance manger that had little circle jerks all over the yard while i did all the work. I was treated with disrespect every day and the benefits were laughable. My advice stay far away.

      Pros

      good company to work with if your hourly. Hourly get paid alot because of all the overtime. Good guys to work with. A diverse team of guys. There are no women working in the plant.

      Cons

      Extremely long hrs. The schedule is supposed to be mon-thurs 10 hrs. But you end up working 5-6. Because of production demand and maintenance issues. Upper management is another issue. No support or understanding. Just get it done typer of attitude.

      401k is great match, pay is ok but upper management is the ol' boys club. New members aren't allowed unless you know someone.

      Too many chiefs that think they are above you. Don't care about the employees. Upper management is the ol' boys club. New members aren't allowed unless you know someone.
