      Understaffed, overworked with very long hours (avg almost 10 hrs/day)! Salary low compared to work demanded. Month-end extra stressful and even longer hours. Understaffed due to high turnover. People keep quitting out of stress. Lack of opportunities to learn and improve because of work volume. Senior management micromanage and too much favoritism. Part of clique valued more than work.
