      This is a bad company to work for.

      Pros

      I learned how to better troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications. I also learned how to support mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, Android tablets and phones. I also learned a new ticketing system.

      Cons

      Management seems to work against the employess. There is also in-fighting between the helpdesk and the field technicians. This company seems disorganized.

      Pros

      If you know your way around, lots of possibilities to hop over from one group company to another. Because of financial focus a good place to be at after a few years work experience in financial auditing.

      Cons

      Typical financial holding, high emphasis on results, and blame culture if results are not as projected. Lots of focus on people management, but doesn't work out due to financially driven culture.
