Good tech package (phone/computer), pay was fair but hard to earn the bonus that was based on others activities

Cons

Poor vehicle reimbursement policy, management is scattered and inconsistent, not welcoming to people from outside the company

Can't imagine a pro for working for Anchor/Oldcastle

Cons

There is absolutely no upper management support. Company is run through relationships as opposed to hard work and dedication. There are internal shady deals going on between departments. They have total disregard for employees, it's all a numbers game with the employees coming in last. All of the openings they are trying to fill are due to people quitting, not due to expansion.
