      Pros

      - Good health/benefits package - Most of the co-workers are fun, business oriented and share great ideas. They are key to the success of this company (if only upper management understood that). - Great products line

      Cons

      - Very little space for growth unless you move down to Atlanta, GA. - Very poor communication between management and its employees - IT team seem completely disorganized & give very poor user support. - Work till you get sick. Depending on your manager, there are very few time compensations. - Company mainly focused on RONA rather than its employees & personal objectives. - Far too many organisational changes. Presidents & VPs are frequently moved from one division to another causing confusion and sudden change of culture.
