      Decent pay not good for family man

      Pros

      They do pay well, and just like any job there are a few people with in APG that do want to do good.

      Cons

      No margin for error. Even if it is not your fault. They claim they are there do develop people but in reality they only care about one thing and one thing only. Grow revenue at any cost.

      Pros

      Takes very good care of employees and willing to work around family/home needs as much as possible. On the surface noble core values.

      Cons

      Way too much emphasis on paperwork and reports. Publicly traded company so a lot of management politics. When it comes to SKU sales will shoot the dog as soon as it gets sick making it difficult to sustain brand loyalty. Be prepared for your job description to change often.
