Pros

Company pefforms well and pays a bonus based on that.

Cons

Micromanagement and very primitive regarding diversity. This isn't a company to call home if you are not of a certain ethnic background. Boys club company however, it is a construction company. Worklife balance was non existent in my department. I was asked to travel, but had to cover my own expenses.

Compensation is adequate and benefits are fairly comparable to others.

Cons

Advancement is dependent nepotism . Unethical behavior is tolerated among its senior leadership. Very few women or minorities are provided promotional opportunities.

Good insurance, 401k, open door policy

Cons

no Upward movement even with long time employees who’ve gotten a degree to progress in the business. Inexperienced management. Promotions are more promising if you know someone. Seasonal work so you only work 8 months out of the year.
