Pros

1. Good and advanced tech stack with few good projects. 2. Great colleagues in peer level. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies by HR like 5 day work week, engagement initiatives, etc.

Cons

1. Every task is on priority and unrealistic deadlines are set hence work life balance goes for a toss all the time. 2. Pulling resources from one project and assigning into another can be managed better, as there is no proper KT given to new people in team. 3. Low increment will be given despite you working well. 4. Average base compensation to freshers. 5. 90 days Notice Period.

Pros

Swanky Crisil House HQ. Some colleagues are friendly and supportive, creating a positive work environment on an individual level.

Cons

Favoritism and groupism are rampant, promotions and opportunities often go to those within certain cliques rather than based on merit. The work culture feels outdated and bureaucratic, resembling a government-style operation where innovation and initiative are stifled. Leadership appears clueless about the challenges faced by employees and has failed to inspire or motivate teams; there is a significant power struggle within management that trickles down and affects morale. With an average employee tenure of 10-15 years, it's clear that there's little room for growth or advancement, which leads to stagnation both personally and professionally.
