Pros

Jobs are located in a variety of different stores.

Cons

No raises are ever offered. They say the job is flexible, but it ends up not being flexible as you are required to make certain calls on certain days including weekends and holidays. Management is very unprofessional. Managers have poor boundaries and talk to their employees about their coworkers. Very minimal support from management when there is a problem or issue.

Pros

Choose your own hours, thorough information with planograms, and the work was simple with broadly applicable skills.

Cons

Inconsistent levels of work, unhelpful management after merger from LMS to Crossmark, and expectations varied on accepted jobs; often you just needed to come in with nothing, other times you're shipped massive boxes without warning.
